Originally from Western New York. Attended Geneseo State University as a Library Science major (did not graduate). Spent 21.5 years in the Navy as an intelligence collector/analyst. Based in Turkey, Spain, Northern Germany, Vietnam, Hawaii. So I had a chance to see a lot of the world. Worked for 7.5 years for HRB Systems as a threat analyst, then 5 years for Penn State Plant Pathology as an organic field tech.  Had my own organic farming operation for 15 years. Interests are: Organic growing, Native plants and just nature, period, hiking, kayaking and, especially, photography. Have a working collection of both digital and analog cameras.
