Contribute to site content

Register with us and request one of the following roles:

Media Contributor - if you would like to contribute plant media for Plant and other galleries.
Author - if you have botanical knowledge and would like to contribute taxon content (species, genus descriptions/info)
Reviewer - if you have botanical knowledge and would like to review taxon content posted by other authors.

To contribute media, use the Plant Share link in My Account (also available under Plant Resources in the  navigation menu). Currently, you can submit photos to Plant Sightings gallery & any species(plant) galleries.  Plant Sightings submissions are posted as is and verifed by an admin upon posting.  Submissions to Species galleries go to an approval queue, and will post after approval by our team. This process is in place to ensure the accuracy of plant IDs.  See usage instructions here.
