Canadian waterleaf is the second most widespread waterleaf in the state, after Virginia waterleaf.   Bell-shaped flowers are usually white with a light green tint, occasionally light pink.  Flowers grow in a cluster and have elongated stamens and styles.  Grows up to 3 feet high.

Grows in moist woods and on rocky wooded slopes.

Mostly found in the Western part of the state, some scattered in Eastern and Central PA.
