Viburnum recognitum northern arrowwood
Synonyms: Viburnum dentatum var. lucidumQuite similar to V. dentatum, differing in glabrous petioles and mostly glabrous lower leaf surafaces. V. recognitum which has distribution all over the state is a former variety of V. dentatum (V. dentatum var. lucidum), and has been elevated to its own species.
Habitat & Range
Common in swamps, boggy woods, wet pastures and stream banks.
Present throughout the state.
